Kim McKewon
Kim began playing the piano at age six and singing at age eight. After several years of piano and voice lessons, Kim decided to focus mostly on singing and acting through musical theatre productions and an acapella Madrigal group. Kim moved to San Diego 19 years ago from the east coast and has spent a few years in Santa Barbara and San Francisco. Despite her love for these beautiful cities, San Diego owns her heart. Now she has a chance to express her love for music, not to mention her inability to let go of NEON, through her performances with the Pop Rocks!! This girl always has something up her sleeve....she is far from dull!

Steve Fairchild
Steve is a veteran player with 25 years of experience on the pro circuits. He plays guitar/keys/bass as well as handling the male lead vocal slot. Steve handles the majority of the production tasks for the band, including web site creation, musical direction, and demo output!
Steve started his career working the southwestern tour circuit before packing up and moving to sunny SoCal. He has since resided in the San Diego are for the past 14 years.

Bob Nicholson
Drummer Bob has been hanging on the skins for over 25 years, and is a veteran on the San Diego club scene. Although he was originally from New England, Bob has called SoCal 'home' for most of his professional career. "I loved growing up in the 80's ! These songs are the soundtrack of my youth" db
